BOOKING FEES
A $150.00 deposit per hunter is required in advance. Your hunt date will be
held for 5 days to allow the booking fee to be received. The booking fee is applied
to your hunt. Although the deposit is non-refundable
it may be applied to a replacement hunter.
The balance is due upon arrival and may be paid in company check, cashier
check, money order or cash. No personal checks please. Make checks payable to Boar
Creek Ranch and mail to 2730 PVT Rd. 8608, Tenn. Colony, Texas 75861.
HUNTING LICENSE
A valid Texas hunting license is required. All hunters born after September
1, 1971 must have completed a Hunters Education course. Hunters 16 and under can
legally hunt with a parent or guardian. The cost of the out-of-state license is
$45.00 for a 5-day exotic permit (Type 157). The license can be purchased ahead
of time at The Texas Parks & Wildlife website at www.tpwd.state.tx.us or any
Texas sporting goods store. The license can also be purchased at the Tennessee Colony
General store located 7 miles from the ranch.
FRIDAY-SUNDAY PACKAGE
The ranch will be open for check-in on Friday after lunch. The first hunt will be
on Friday evening. Check out is after breakfast on Sunday morning. Price per hunter
is $370.00 plus a $25 skin fee per hog. The price includes: one hog of your choice
(no trophy or kill fees); two nights clean, comfortable lodging; five delicious
meals with a Texas flair and fishing on Boar Creek Lake. Extra hogs are $1.00 per
pound. You will need to sight-in your rifle before arrival.
Non-hunting guest fees are $160.00 for the weekend. Guests are welcome to accompany
hunters to the hunting area.
THURSDAY-SUNDAY PACKAGE
We offer a long weekend package for those hunters that would like to arrive a day
early. The price for the extra night per hunter is $30.00 with a four-hunter minimum.
Check-in on Thursday at noon. The package includes the extra night’s lodging and
fishing. No meals are provided until the Friday evening meal. There are café’s in
the area, if needed. You will need to sight-in your rifle before arrival.
DAY HUNT PACKAGE
Day hunts are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a minimum of two hunters.
Price per hunter is $170.00 per day and includes one hog up to 120 pounds. Hogs
over 120 pounds are an additional $1.00 per pound with a $250.00 total maximum fee
for any boar. All wounds are considered kills. Lodging, fishing and varmint hunting
are included. Meals are not included. Each hunter will have his own stand over-looking
a feeder. Access to the skinning facility will be available for your use. You will
need to sight-in your rifle before arrival.
BOAR & BIRDIE PACKAGE
This package is designed for those hunters who also enjoy playing golf. The golf
package on Saturday morning includes 18 holes of golf at the challenging and beautiful
Country Oaks Golf Course near Athens, Texas. The price per person is $25.00 which
includes lunch. SUMMER
SPECIAL PACKAGE
Our Summer Special during the months of June-August is reduced by $25.00 per hunter
to $345.00. In addition to wild boar hunting during these summer months, we also
offer the ranch for private rentals for informal weddings, parties, class reunions,
family reunions, or whatever the occasion. The summer special includes lodging,
fishing and relaxing! Price is based on the number of guests and days requested.

VARMIT HUNTING
Coyote may be harvested free. Bobcats may be harvested for $100.00 plus a $25.00
skin fee. Occasionally, mountain lions are seen in the area. If harvested, or wounded,
the fee is $600.00 and includes the skin fee. We ask that if you harvest a bobcat
or a mountain lion, that you mount the animal. The fee for Bigfoot is negotiable.
